Visual Business Solutions is pleased to announce the opening of our Accounting Services division in late 2008. Our goal is to provide expertise in helping you manage your business finances with dedicated personnel assigned to your account. On a monthly or as needed basis, we can perform the necessary processes to accurately close out the general ledger and prepare your financial statements.

Our Process:

1. Upon receipt of a signed proposal from a customer, an Account Specialist is assigned to your account and will contact you within 48 hours. This specialist will be the primary contact who will have knowledge of your account. The manager will assign a secondary specialist as a backup if your account specialist is not available.
2. We will begin the interview process to define the services that will be delivered and the approximate hours needed for delivery.
3. A final Statement of Work (SOW) will be sent to you detailing the expected services and signed by the Accounting Services Manager.
4. If a request is made for any services outside of the scope of the original SOW, an amended SOW will be sent to you.
